职位描述：

1.转接电话，制作电子欢迎牌，接待来访客人；
2.新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系方式；
3.承办员工考勤和外出登记；
4.月底经行餐费，住宿费，邮递费，机票费等费用分摊请款；
5.制作新员工 工卡及制服的发放；
6 门禁系统，考勤系统，餐饮系统的日常维护；
7.为公司员工及客户预定机票住宿；
8.组织公司办公费用的计划、办公用品的购买、管理和发放工作；
9.为公司外籍员工办理住宿登记，办理工作证及居留证件；
10.服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作.
