主要工作职责
Principle Responsibilities:
1、制定分布式光伏系统检测和光伏组件长期户外测试方案；根据客户要求，给出系统测试方案并进行相关评估。
Develop the distributed PV generation system and long-term outdoor test
2、对光伏发电项目技术及设计方面提供技术支持，包括可行性分析、项目设计、设备规格、电力法规、技术调研及测试验收。
Provide electrical engineering support in the evaluation and design of utility scale solar power plant projects, including project design, equipment specification, code compliance and technical research;
3、负责执行光伏户外测试和系统检测项目，包括构建测试硬件平台、编写测试协议、采集测试数据、编写测试报告和发布数据。
Prepare and evaluate the permit submittal packages, bills of material, operation and maintenance procedures, safety plans and energization plans etc;
4、参与其他PI China的项目，包括组件测试、光伏工厂检验和监造等。
Creatively consider cost reduction ideas and strategies to optimize system.

工作经验及教育背景
Required Experience and Education
●拥有电子、电气或者环境工程能源领域的本科以上学历；5年以上光伏系统设计、工程、和测试相关经验。（EPC优先）
Degree in electrical engineering, energetic engineering or environmental engineering with reference to the energy filed;A t least 8 years in PV system design and/or construction (preferable EPC experience);
●具备光伏项目实施知识及经验：连接，设计，安装及运转。
Knowledge of PV project implementation: connection request, design, installation, commissioning;
●熟悉光伏系统户外测试方法和标准，熟悉光伏系统测试、监控和故障诊断；了解光伏系统电力电气标准和要求。
Demonstrate strong engineering, design, and communication skills。
●自我激励，工作积极主动，正直诚信，并且具备良好的组织能力。
Self-motivated, extremely thorough, have excellent organizational skills, and professional integrity.
●英语、计算机软硬件能力、能适应出差要求（50%）。
