? Quality Assurance: 质量管理
– Quality system establishing and maintenance；质量系统的建立和维护；
– Calibration, document control, product and service quality improvement；计量、文件控制、产品和服务质量改进；
– Product certification； 产品证书
? Safety Management / 安全管理
– Safety system establishing and maintenance；安全系统的建立和维护；
– Site HSE improvement；工厂HSE的改善；
? Carry out, implement, maintain and improve and supervise TS16949 quality system；贯彻、执行、保持、改进、监督公司TS16949质量体系要求；
? Set up, implement, supervise, coordinate, maintain and update the environment management system (EMS), be responsible for internal audit；环境管理体系的建立、实施、监督、协调、维护与更新，负责体系的内部审核；
? Draw internal audit plan, implement internal audit, verify correct measure for NCR.制定审核计划，实施内审工作，验证不符合项整改。
Requirement / Competencies / 要求 / 能力:
? Education background / 教育背景College degree with an industry / technical education background；大专以上学历，具有工科 / 技术背景；
? Knowledge and skills need to own / 知识及能力要求Deep knowledge of TS16949 system and 5 Tooling；对于TS16949及五大工具有丰富的经验；Have good problem solving skill and communication ability；有良好的解决问题能力和沟通能力;
? Working experiences / 工作经验At least 8 years of working experiences in quality and safety area in both manufacturing and onsite service；有在制造和现场服务行业至少8年的质量或安全管理工作经历；
? Language skills, if need / 语言能力 Fluent English communication in speaking, reading, listening and writing；熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力；
? PC skills, if need / 计算机水平 Good PC skills is a must / 熟练的计算机使用；
? Preferred personality / 性格要求Positive personality / 个性积极
? Other demand / 其它要求Can work under high working pressure / 能在较强的工作压力下工作。
