Job Resposibilities:
Product and process planning for development projects and coordination with german development department.
Independent implementation and support of the development projects for wire production in Kunshan.
Preparation and implementation of test procedure for newly introduced materials or type of lines.
Current manufacturing process analysis and conception for improvement measures of extrusion lines.
Documentation of the production related process parameter and quality tests.
Standardization of manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
Completed engineering study with the background of plastics technology. With specialized training experience is preferred.
2–3 years working experience in process engineering or manufacturing, experiences in electric wire extrusion is preferred.
Experience in project management
Foreign language skill: Good command in both written and spoken English
Requirements:
Flexible and excellent english communication skills written and oral
Able to travel inland and abroad
Motivative, active, assertive and with team spirit
