Job Description:
Analyze the Asian market in order to buy suitable machines for the cable production.
Select independently new machines and components for the cable productionare responsible for the project planning and functional, mechanical start of operation of new or modernized cable production lines
Check the functionality and quality of the machines and perform technical function trial run.
Optimize the equipment and develop product specific problem solutions.
Design, optimize and organize production processes and production methods.are able to read construction drawings and have knowledge in the construction.
Co-operate very closely with the head of production in Germany (Wuppertal).
Optimize the processes.
Work together with our quality assurance and product development.
Monitor work safety.
Your Qualification:
?You have achieved a technical degree or have completed training as engineer or technician.
?Ideally you have several years of professional experience in extruding of thermoplastics. Experience for electrical cable production will be a plus.
?With strong enforcement ability, flexible personality, good analytic ability and a high technical understanding.
?Highly independent work and organizational ability.
?Be able to work in a culture-different environment.
?You have expertise in the areas of six sigma, KAIZEN, 5S and Lean management.
?A methodical, analytical and structured way of working
?With good communication skills, team spirit and work joyfully.
?With computer knowledge (MS Office, SAP, CAD) and excellent written and spoken English skills.
