Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the marketing goals, annual sales plan, achieve the goals.
2. Identify target projects from assigned customers and if possible, propose new customers with high potential;
3. Keep close monitoring with customers' new project plan and pursuing any new biz opportunities via effective technology communication and commercial negotiation.
4. Catch any special requirements and price targets from customers and make proposal for management team to make quote.
5. Work together with program team, R&D team and production teams to define the contents in biz contract regarding project timing, technology requirements and commercial items etc.
6. Collect and feedback market information to management team and new products development team so that company could timely adjust marketing strategies.
7. Cooperate with other departments and work as interface between the assigned customers and company so as to best meet customer's expectation.
8. Following up any engineering changes from the awarded programs, negotiate with customer for the changes in piece price and tooling.
9. Provide support to program team, logistic team and financing team regarding program timing, parts delivery and payment collection etc.
10. Other tasks assigned by GM.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Business or Marketing .
2. Experience in automobile spare parts industry, familiar with metal parts production process preferred.
3. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
4. Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness
5. Fluent English in both oral and written is must.
