? 中专以上文化程度

? 熟练操作办公软件

? 对产线物料、人员、设备管理有所了解；
Be familiar with production line management of material and personnel and equipment .
? 知道和了解相关TS16949等相关质量体系标准并知道5S现场管理；
Understand the TS16949 quality system standards and know 5 s on-site management;
? 可以独立更换工装；
Replace the tooling
? 良好的抗压能力
Nice compression capabilities.
? 较强的人员管理及协调能力
Better capability of employees’ management and coordination
? 能倒班。
Can work on shift.
? 服从领班关于工作的安排
Obey the foreman about the arrangement of work

工作职责position fuction:
? 所负责线别员工的工作分配；上下级协调；新员工操作培训等；
Employee work assignments;Coordination between the superior and the subordinate;The new employee operation training, etc
? 检查所负责线别员工出勤情况，并在必要时向领班汇报，统一调整生产线人员配置，保证生产的正常进行
Check the employee attendance, and if necessary, adjust the production line personnel configuration, to ensure normal production
? 独立更换工装；
Replace the tooling
? 监督所负责线别员工完成生产任务；每日工单的跟进和记录 ；每日工作报表记录；
Supervise staff to complete production tasks;The daily work order follow up and record;Daily work report records;
? 巡视产线，处理生产过程中人员/设备/质量异常，并及时上报；生产过程中物料状况的确认与周转
Patrol the production line;Abnormal processing production process/equipment/quality, and timely report;
? 5S管理；监督员工按标准安全生产；
On-site 5S management；According to the standard of production safety supervision and employees
? 服从上级领导的安排，并完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
Obey superiors arrangements, and complete other work assigned by superiors.
