Job description: | HR - Manage People recruiting and training; - Responsible for C&B; - Be responsible for social insurance/housing fund operation of responsible region; - Define methodology for evaluating employee's performance; - Maintain and review job descriptions to ensure the most updated version for current job; - Propose and implement in close coordination with management and human resources management system which contributes to meet business objectives, in line with group policies and standards; - Guarantee that taxes and payroll are handled in compliance with Chinese legislation; - Propose, in close coordination with other departments, organizational changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness; - Act as role of a bridge between company and staff, timely response to questions from employees, organize employee activates regularly; - Support the General Manager in the financial Controlling; - Other tasks defined by Management. AD - Take charge of daily office administration including management of all supporting functions; - Provide logistics supply for employees with reasonable cost; - Office equipment maintenance; - Cost and expense control, saving projects; - Responsible for accurate yearly budget; - Supervise routine financial and accounting work and controls all financial transactions in the company; - Provide administrative services to business travel, visitor scheduling, visa, etc. - Other tasks defined by Management. |
Qualification: | - Bachelor degree or above, major in HR/Administration/Finance or related field; - Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field; -Teamwork spirit & excellent communication skills with coordinating abilities Careful/Serious/result-oriented; - Good people/team management and leadership skills; - Mature, independent, initiative, can work under pressure. |
