Job Description:

Define company TPM standards for Getrag Asia and its joint ventures.

Develop China policy and procedures aligned to EU global teams.

Drive TPM activity into existing and new joint ventures

Train local JV teams in TPM concepts/activities

Raise equipment uptime and provide analysis tools - Hands on approach

Provide governance for continual TPM progress with on site reviews / audits

Be expert in OEE / predictive / planned maintenance activities

Understand predictive maintenance - thermal imaging / condition based monitoring etc.

Coordinate with Europe and local JV's to document global and local best practices and lessons learned

Coordinate JV and EU TPM activities

Standardise reporting structures within JV's

Develop internal procedures and deploy into JV's

Assist JV's in equipment training / co-ordination

Assist JV's for common equipment part storage

Rationalise equipment and spare part sourcing

Support Getrag Production System (GPS) where appropiate

Skill:

Bachelor or Master of Science in engineering or similar education

Min.3 years experience in working in TPM environment that uses international methods of equipment management

Be able to demonstrate excellence in TPM process and equipment management

Be proactive and have energy to drive a process and to deliver results
Positive mindset and business oriented leadership with talent to motivate and inspire people around you

Willing to work with EU and local time zones as required

Experienced in working in an international environment

Excellent communication skills, good skills in English

Willing to travel to our JV locations at Jiangxi and Hubei province for onsite collaboration
