岗位职责：
a）负责开发供应商满足公司供应需求和战略需求；
b）负责管理和维护供应商关系，负责处理及协助提高供应商质量，定期评估供应商绩效，开发符合公司要求的供应商；
c）负责采购合同及与供应商相关合同的谈判与签订；
d）负责采购成本的分析、比较、谈判与目标价实现；
e）负责价格、付款条件、采购提前期、订购批量等所有采购条件的谈判和确定；
f）负责对供应商产能的评估与监控，确保满足公司持续发展的需求；
g）负责持续降本，成本控制，原材料价格波动监控与预测及有效避免采购成本的上升；
h）负责优化供应商体系及协助供应商开发主管完成其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 有工程背景的人员，特别是对电气产品的采购非常熟悉；
2. 有采购工作经验的人员，既对供应商寻找，签订相关合同，协议，选择供应商和成本评估等有丰富的经验；有新产品报价的经验更好；
3. 本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，日常工作能够用英语沟通；
4. 熟悉ERP系统；
5. 能够承受工作压力，工作上要有主观能动性，有团队精神。
