岗位要求:

1、处理淘宝店铺上客户订单。

2、负责解答客户咨询,促使买卖的成交。

3、与客户在线交流,了解客户需求,妥善处理客户投诉,保证客户满意。

4、处理天猫等网店日常事务,包括网络留言回复、到货跟踪、评价管理、售后服务等工作
5、熟练和灵活的运用各种方式推广和宣传店铺。

6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。


任职要求:

1、打字速度60字/分钟以上,熟练使用旺旺;

2、大专以上,年龄19-28岁之间,擅长网络聊天,能够同各年龄层的人进行有效沟通;

3、具有良好的服务意识,性格温和,工作耐心细致,热情,不和客户争执,具亲和力,善于沟通,思路清晰,反应敏捷,对于工作有高度的工作责任感与团队协作能力、危机处理能力;
4、自信、耐心、责任心强,具有较好的团队合作精神和执行力;

5、熟练掌握办公软件的应用,具备良好的沟通能力;

6、有一定的营销技巧,喜欢营销工作,具备较强的学习能力;

7、熟悉淘宝销售,具有1年以上客服岗位的工作经验或售后处理工作经验者优先;

由于客服工作特殊性，需要翻班，所以请投简历前看清楚，公司30分钟路程内优先录取。
