Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Supervise assurance IFS group to ensure a smooth team operation;
• Prepare operational and management reports and perform relevant data analysis;
• Maintain a pro-client work environment to satisfy assurance regional/national ops' demand and bridge the communication between team member and regional ops/national ops;
• Tracks quality alert and facilitate the solution of service issue as they arise;
• Monitors the operational consistence and compliance to the established procedures and seeks into the continuous improvement of business process;
• Monitor staff utilisation and resolve resource conflicts;
• Liaise with the Assurance Operation team and Learning & Development department to monitor the completion status of training attendees;
• Act as the central point of contact with other departments including centre management team, IT, HR, Finance etc;
• Participate in ad hoc projects if required;

More services will be transferred to SDC Assurance IFS team in the future. The job description will be changed accordingly.

Reporting structure & key relationships:
Report to Service delivery Manager

Requirements:

• Business administration background, bachelor degree holder or equivalent;
• A minimum of five years of working experience with three or more years on a role of administrative management;
• Managerial or supervisory skills, e.g. overall management, people management, internal client management, know to project management is a plus;
• Appreciation or familiarity with metrics reporting management and quality reviews;
• Previous working experience in a professional service firm is desired;
• Previous working experience in a multinational corporation is an advantage;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Be highly independent, well-organised and self-motivated; and
• Able to work under pressure and adaptive to dynamics and changing priorities.
