Job Description & Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• You are responsible for managing a team for 10 to 15 team members and drive a high performance of service delivery;
• You’re required to review work performed by Senior Assistants/Assistants working in your team and ensure the delivery of services is in accordance with the PwC Guide instructions as applied to work requests;
• You will need to liaise with Service Delivery Managers on a regular basis to understand workflow, observe delivery timetable and meet client service expectation;
• You will act as single point of contact to the respective M&C stakeholder if there is any issue escalation relate to operation or people matter;
• Maintain working knowledge of the PwC Guides and be able to effectively coach Senior Assistants/Assistants and resolve issues arising from their work/delivery of services;
• You will need to participate in training, coaching and other developmental opportunities for Senior Assistants/Assistants on your team and across other teams, where necessary;

Graphic Design:

• You are responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to internal clients and/or account servicing and understanding their needs before making design decisions;
• You work to a brief agreed with the internal client and/or account servicing to develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the internal client's and/or account servicing objectives. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines;
• You will need to base on our brand guideline and direction to create variety of products and activities, such as websites layout, advertisements, brochures, magazines, posters, reports, event branding, presentation touch up, corporate communications and corporate identity. The design work will be sent back to the central team to arrange production;

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Creating story boards and implementing relevant fresh design.

Reporting structure & key relationships:
Report to: Service Delivery Manager of Internal Firm Services, SDC

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above;

At least 5 years’ experience in DTP with the latest 2-3 years being in a managerial role;

Creative and independent;

Work under pressure and can take responsibility, travelling to other offices is necessary;

Superior working knowledge on PC operation;

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & MS Office;

Strong team management skills. Good at reasonable work allocation and able to treat team members fairly and respectfully;

Good command of English speaking, reading and writing; and

Training will be provided on branding guideline.
