职位描述

To organize and supervise the unit in accordance with and to the standards required by JLL, the contract specification and statutory Regulations. To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the F&B unit to provide great quality Foodservice as required. Through management and organization, the candidate shall be responsible for the overall preparation, supervising cooking and service of food to agreed standards and specifications.

The candidate shall have excellent communication skills and must be able to work the Café floor, engaging customer in a friendly manner, as well as solving problems on the spot with diplomatic resolutions and service recovery. Proven record on restaurant management crucial to the selection process.

F&B Executive – Minimum requirements
?Foodservice background
?Hospitality/Hotel school graduate if possible
?International experience
?Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
?Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
?Minimum 3 years catering or F&B experience in an international firm
?Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness
?I.T literate (PC MS Word, Excel)
?Impeccable personal presentation/attire
?Previous employment Reference letters
Operational Activities Job Scope
?Ensure minimum food standards per meal period established by JLL
?Carry process base activities like checklists to audit back and front of house day-to-day activities / Café Buzz Sheet
?Carry out systematic HACCP weekly checklist audits
?Understand and deliver all contractual terms
?Ensure services to Client are delivered to the correct minimum standard
?Identify any additional opportunities and discuss with line manager
?Action plans are completed with the support of line manager following consumers’ satisfaction surveys
?Ensure all retail areas are adequately stocked / provisioned at all times
?Establish and work towards product standardization
?Promotions are evident and sales are driven
?Customers are fully satisfied e.g.70% on the customer satisfaction survey
?Stock levels are kept to agreed BCP level and meeting HALAL requirements
?Control caterer’s labor schedule within labor requirements per units for Caterers, and Janitorial services
?Ensure budgets are understood and achieved
?Communicate site and company targets to caterers
?Monitor Labour turnover
?Attendance is managed and reported in line with employment legislation and the company’s procedures
?Ensure that neither Safety, nor Security violations are compromised by the vendor
?Hold weekly caterer’s team talk briefings
?Hold weekly caterer’s team trainings
?Experience of leading and managing caterer teams to deliver results
?Track cash and eMCS sales as well as meal numbers

EHS Job Scope
?Receive, read and understand the contents of EHS manual
?Supervise all relevant EHS procedures within the in the following areas and review them as appropriate:
Food handling and preparation chain (from receiving to service)
Cleaning, sanitation and storage of any kitchen or service utensil Cleaning and sanitation of equipment
Cleaning and sanitation of service areas, according to contractual terms
Any other EHS procedure according to EHS department and Contractual terms
?Ensure that all EHS incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures
?Ensure that all appropriate EHS information, instruction, training and supervision are provided to all
?Ensure that caterers to carry out their work safely and effectively
?Maintain up to date training records for all employees and caterers.
?Report EHS issues beyond control to your line manager timely
?Implement EHS campaigns to improve safety performance
Food Innovation and Promotions
?Organize at least one promotion per Café per week.
?Ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented
?Identify opportunities for new products and update Menus regularly
?Maximize opportunities through food innovation to increase the participation and average spending in Cafes
?Interact with other sites and receive weekly updates on the Promotional Calendar or so-called OKR
?Organize proactively events and carry out promotional material, printing and all marketing related activities
?Document Café promotional activities, recognition, and clip related Café news articles
?Design Promotional communication and waterfall efficiently
?Design and update existing Café menus
?Propose, quote, suggest and organize catering events requested by different managerial departments
?Propose
?Share best practices and promotions regionally.
Response (Badging, Ticket closure, Procurement, Maintenance)
?Ensure HALAL certification and Government licenses are in full compliance
?Ensure all products are correctly priced as per contractual specifications and line manager specifications
?Ensure that absenteeism is reported and addressed so it doesn’t affect the operation
?Keep all supporting documents filed for compliance check
?Ensure caterers go through he induction process before work start
?Monitor the caterers so everyone adheres to all EHS, NIOSH and other pre-requisites for badge issuance
?Ensure all purchasing is under company compliance
?Responsible of sourcing small to large equipment
POS: Data collection and Cost control
?Consolidate Café sales history
?Consolidate Café visitor numbers and analyze the factors which affect increased or decreased Café end-user participation
?Ensure all caterer’s cost line like beverages and sundries are managed effectively
?Control the order and receiving of goods such as beverages/chemicals and sundries as per consumption history
?Work towards a central stock keeping for beverages/chemicals and sundries
?Perform inventory audit spot checks
?Work with the finance team so that all costs are within budget

Customer Plan Reporting and Service Excellence
?Manage the Customer Plan Reporting framework, or CPR
?Communicate regularly with clients and keep the Site F&B Managers up to date
?Caterer’s team are supported, trained, coached and developed
?Ensure quick turnaround time to customer issues – Enable Service Recovery
?Ensure a systematic client feedback traceable platform to act according to the unique needs and wants of Cafe end-user
