任职资格：
1、大专以上，化学类相关专业；
2、5年以上涂装领域工作经验，有汽车零部件喷涂经验者优先考虑；
3、熟悉金属涂装、塑料涂装工艺，熟悉ABB、发那科等涂装设备；

4、具有严谨性、责任心、主动性、创新能力；
5、熟悉工艺技术, PPAP、FMEA；了解汽车行业相关质量体系要求；
职责：
1、负责涂装工艺条件的制定、修改；
2、负责监督涂装工艺条件的执行和现场5S管理；
3、负责解决涂装过程中产生的工艺问题，提升涂装合格率；
4、量产品和新品开发的工艺支持和持续改善；

5、负责体系审核中发现的涂装工艺问题进行改善。
