职责描述：

1. Managing customer interface based on Quality related improvement program.
2. Active participation in Product Lifecycle Management from NPI to EOL, act as a leading function within factory to coordinate production related activities
3. Act contact window of factory with Customer Interface on customer requirement；complaints；RMA and etc.
4. Create quality reports with basic quality tools to satisfy customer.
