职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage all HR policies and practices compliant to local government labor laws and guidelines.
- Plan, excuse, design and release internal and external employee newsletters. Conduct marketing research, gather and organize market data on employee engagement, train internal staff to be employee engagement expert.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, leading and directing all aspects of the recruiting process from requisition approval, sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing to offer to make sure recruiting initiatives are met and are consistent with the overall business direction.
- Design and implement annual training plan in accordance with the training needs analysis.
Organize and conduct different kind of training programs, and handle related issues to ensure effective and successful delivery of training programs; Evaluate training effectiveness to optimize the company's investment ROI.
- Provide full spectrum of C&B services include proceed with monthly payroll, IIT, CPF and Support HR Director to prepare for annual C&B budget and monthly update/review.
- Carry out the work of performance review and collect, statistic, analyse the appraisal result of each department and Professional performance management consultancy services and solution inside the company.
Personal characteristics:
- Excellent PPT skill, great layout design with good taste.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form
- Strong learning ability
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications include:
- University graduate
- Writes and speaks English and Chinese fluently
- 2 years in HR field
- People with great article writing and design skills are preferred.
