职位描述
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Reports to: Commercial manager
Location: Suzhou
Job Purpose: To support commercial manager and the sales team by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide secretarial assistance to commercial manager, producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
2. Raise sales orders, contract review with all departments and send order acknowledgements to customers.
3. Follow up sales order status and liaise with other departments, also to feedback to sales team immediately if there are any issues.
4. Liaise with account to obtain correct invoices on time and send to customers.
5. Fill in enquiry tracker and report to commercial manager on the weekly basis.
6. To record and distribute weekly sales meeting minutes and follow up each sales with actions.
7. To assist on any inter-company enquiries by checking stock availability and providing material costs.
8. To update and maintain customer database.
