一、 职位 – 仓库主管
Position – Warehouse Supervisor

四、 工作职责 Job Responsibility
1、 负责监督与执行仓储的基本功能，包括根据订单、指令去安全、正规和专业 的操作、监察、认证、记录、分析和报告货源的接收、存储与发放。
Monitor and executive warehouse process， including receiving/store/deliver materials according to PO and work instructions.
2、 督导、考核和管理仓库工作人员，包括库管员和叉车操作等。
Monitor and evaluate warehouse staffs, including warehouse keeper and folklift driver.
3、 每日对仓库进行巡视，检查仓库内外情况是否符合安全标准。定期检查仓库各项范围和制作安全检查记录。
Daily check for the warehouse areas, inspect the environment abide by safety standard. Make record of warehouse inspection.
4、 定期检查、记录与报告库存情况。按公司盘点要求进行实物盘点，制作盘点记录、分析与报告。
Regular inspection/recording/reporting of warehouse stock. Monthly inspection for warehouse stock. Prepare stock report, analyze the issues and report to management team.
5、 根据销售、采购的具体数据协助完成采购工作，协助销售部完成货品销售外发工作，确保与第三方物流公司进行相应的配送工作。
Support purchasing with sales’ and purchaser’s data. Support the goods delivery and ensure the smooth procedures with 3rd part logistics supplier.
6、 对仓储操作以及管理提出建议,并做好反馈记录。
Provide suggestion for warehouse operations and management. Make related record and consolidate feedback.
