一、 职位 –物流协调员
Position –Logistics Coordinator
二、 所属部门– 供应链部
Department – Supply Chain Department
三、 汇报对象 – 供应链经理
Report to – Supply Chain Manager
四、 工作职责 Job Responsibility
1. Communicating with suppliers, forwarding company and internal related department to ensure the goods been picked up from supplier, arrived to our warehouse and delivered on time to our customer from our warehouse
与供应商及部门同事协调，确保货物从供应商处发货，并送达仓库，及时从仓库发货。
2. Prepare all necessary documentations for customs clearance, logbook and per customers requirement, including (commercial invoice, CoC, delivery note, packing list, etc.)
准备清关，报关，客户要求提供的所有材料，包括商业发票，CoC，提货单，装箱单等。
3. Follow up with orders in SAP
跟进SAP 的订单。
4. Necessary reports, such as, monthly logistics cost estimation, etc.,
报表制作，如月度物流成本核算等。
