职位描述
1. The main missions of the role are:
? Defining potential improvement project and targets for current line
? Making out solution to improve current assemble line to saving labour
? Analysis all solution’s advantage and disadvantage, Providing suggestion
? As a leader of automatic project , Responsible for all project ‘s successful
? Define requirements for manufacturing process improvement and automation
? Working with suppliers to make detail technical Spec for all projects
? Responsible for investment calculation and project timing control
? Standardize new process including all process documents
? Making summary report for every automatic improvement
? Facility operation training for production stuff and technician
? Other duties as required by superior from time to time.
2. Basic requirement:
? 5 years above experience in medium-to-large size manufacturing plant. Preferably equipment
? At least three years working experience in unstandardized machine manufacture company
? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/electrical engineering , Chemical Engineering.
? Well Oral English and good writing English ability.
? Very strong problem analyse and solving skills.
? Can resolve various alarm for Electrical and Mechanical faults by oneself.
? Good communication skill and Good team work spirit. Well Computer skills
3. Special knowledge and skill:
? Electrical & Mechanic Engineering background.
? Experienced in trouble shooting maintenance for machinery.
? Be familiar with every kind of electronic device brand and function, such as PLC, cylinder, sensor.
? Electrical certification.
? PLC program knowledge
