岗位职责

1、负责设计部项目的组织实施，执行项目设计的规划、分配工作
2、管理设计部门，领导设计团队
3、能独立做出设计方案，就相关方案向领导汇报阐述设计理念
4、建立设计部产品规划文档及部门开发过程中的各种规定
5、负责对本部门下属培训，激发下属的创意能力及创意效率

任职要求

1、本科以上学历
2、5年以上设计工作经验
3、 较强的设计管理能力和沟通能力
4、熟练掌握平面设计的各种技能，对设计有一定的创意及深度的理解
5、 具有一定的组织能力和优秀的沟通技巧
