1,本科以上学历,机械设计专业.
2,3年以上机械设计工作经验,熟悉Solidworks/ProE/UG等相关设计软件
3,熟悉并了解FEA.有过实际分析案例经验为佳
4,具备基本英语沟通能力，要求有独立和国外技术人员工作的能力
FUNCTIONAL AREA: TECHNOLOGY
REPORTS TO (N+1): Manager, China Tech Center
POSITION SUMMARY:
Fully engaged in CAD design and FEA/CAE analysis of all projects
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Discuss with product engineer for the on-hand projects to release design order.
2. Control and manage customer requirements sheet, drawings, models, analysis presentation and relevant technology documentations.
3. Contact with US technology team and evaluate/optimize shim/gasket design.
4. Provides training to department personnel.
5. Draft and document technology presentation of shim/gasket projects combine with design concept and FEA analysis.
6. Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management system (TS 16949).
7. Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
8. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. NVH knowledge, brake/friction experience and sealing experience is ideal plus.
2. Must read CAD drawings. Capacity on Solidworks is a must.
3. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and legal documents.
4. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
5. Prefer to have good understanding of FEA/CAE knowledge.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Primary work environment is an office along with frequent visits to a laboratory environment with a moderate level of fumes and noise.
The requirements of this position will require periodic visits to manufacturing environments where the associate will be exposed to machinery, moving equipment and material, moderate noise, airborne particles, fumes and various levels of temperature created by the manufacturing process.
