Duties & Responsibilities：

Ensure extrusion products produced meet company QMS requirement;

保证挤塑产品达到公司质量管理体系要求；

Responsible for extrusion layout and manpower requirement for new product or continuous improvement;

负责新产品或持续改善的人员安排等；

Create/update production documents like extrusion procedures, work instruction and manufacturing flow etc;

创建、更新文件，如挤塑工艺，作业指导书，制造流等；

Assist in daily extrusion issues related to process, quality, material, jig & fixture and manpower to ensure non-stop production operations;

协助处理工艺，质量，物料，夹具&设备，人员等挤塑作业方面的问题，保证生产作业持续进行；

Work closely with Quality department to investigate and analysis the root cause of non-conformance issues and generate required report;

与质量部门配合，寻找并分析不合格品的根本原因并生成相应的报告；

Assist in implementing lean manufacturing on reduce cycle time, increase output, reduce reject and increase machine efficiency;

协助实施精益生产，减少周期，增加产量，减少次品，提高设备效率；

Work closely with Project team on new product validation and product transfer;

协助项目组的新产品睁眼和产品转移工作；

Work with other functional depts.

与其他职能部门配合。

Requirements：

Vocational school and above, major in mechanical, engineering, product development or product design.

机械、工程、产品开发、产品设计专业大专及以上学历，

Minimum 7 years working experience in extrusion from infusion set or ETT tube manufacturing company

7年以上输液器、ETT（气管内插管）行业挤塑工作经验；

Hands-on experience in single lumen tube extrusion / multi lumen tube extrusion / co-extruder and wire reinforced tube

单腔/多腔管材挤压、挤出机、增强管方面的工作经验

Hands-on experience in extrusion of PVC/PE/HDPE/LDPE/Silicone material

熟悉 PVC/PE/HDPE/LDPE/硅胶等挤出材料

Able to generate production docs or analysis report in China

能够生成产品报表和分析报告

Able to understand basic English is value-added

英语良好者优先
