Direct Report – Supply Chain Manager
Job Descriptions
1. To ensure the effectiveness of the whole Supply Chain flow in Asia by liaising with our internal and external suppliers in Europe & China, so that GROUP deliver our promise to internal and external customers in a timely manner, hence ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
2. Responsible for management of Logistics and material flow in Asia Pacific
3. Active follow up on customer request & complaints
4. Developing processes and documentation regarding standard systems and procedures, and drive process improvement of supply chain in Asia Pacific
5. Constantly analyse the effectiveness of the Supply Chain flow, and propose action plan where needed to ensure compliances.
6. Analyzing market forces,trends,pricing,capacity and performance of supply and making purchasing decisions based on product specifications by working closely with Asia Purchasing group
7. Monitor and assess suppliers delivery performance and quality reliability
8. Strive at all times to minimize cost through effective monitoring ,control and prevention of
------ Downtime due to material shortage.

------ Claims /Obsolescence/ Airfreight Cost
------ Plan
9. Manage and coach Business Service Officer performances in Suzhou factory, and Customer Service Officer at country level in the right way to ensure that all parameters are met
10. Cooperate with related department in different GROUP
11. Coordinating the implementation of One Jeeves (ERP) in Asia
Job requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar area
2. Experience in ERP is important
3. Previous Asia regional working experience in Supply Chain is preferred.
4. Frequent travel within Asia Pacific is needed
5. English and Chinese language proficiency is a must
6. Enjoy working with people of different nationalities

Nature and aim of the position
Global Blue manages Customer Services and related operations through two service centres; Bratislava in Europe and Singapore for the Asia Pacific region. Global Blue has a strategic aim to enroll members and therefore we need to support this strategy in the major enrolment countries.
The position holder will be based in Beijing with a report line into Slovakia, Europe.
The position will require occasional travel within China to meet suppliers and distribution partners and to Singapore or Slovakia for internal meetings.
The positions main aims:
- The link between the service centre operations and the enrolment partners in China
- Ensuring the membership enrolment logistics operation in China is in place
- Dealing with escalations related to enrolment, supply, production of membership collateral in China
- Handling the manual data entry requirements linked to enrolment
