职位描述

ASSIGNMENT (main responsibilities):
Business Partner - Work closely with Line Managers on business priorities and needs and be pro-active in identifying opportunities to support achievement of business goals.
1. Develop a working knowledge of business goals, performance, operations and issues by building effective relationships with Managers and Co-workers.
2. Identify business and people strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and provide advice and support via relevant PEOPLE processes to improve overall business performance.
3. Contribute to the development of the HR plan with quantifiable goals that support achievement of the local and national Business Plan.
4. Identify succession and talent for key positions through use of the PEOPLE Review process.
5. Support the development of people within the business through the Learning Approach.
6. Support the development of an environment of trust, co-operation, and togetherness and continues learning.

Change Agent - Lead and manage change processes with in the business
1. Identify opportunities for change to improve the business.
2. Initiate and/or implement effective change management in accordance with companies
Change processes.

Co-worker Advocate - Provide support and advice to Co-workers and Line Managers
1. Respond to all queries from Co-workers and Managers in an appropriate and timely manner.
2. Support Line Managers and Co-workers in managing and resolving conflict.
3. Mediate in the Issues Resolution process as required.

HR Operations -Provide relevant and effective tools, support and feedback to ensure the effective delivery of the PEOPLE Processes.
1. Coach Line Managers to conduct effective "Everyday Conversations" with Co-workers.
2. Implement and support relevant PEOPLE processes in accordance with company's "Working with People” framework to Attract, Develop and Inspire Co-workers.
3. Keep up to date with industry information, changes and trends including employment legislation and HR best practices.
