Responsibility:
1. Familiar with Rail or transportation HVAC System；
2. Prepare the technical proposal and the other documents for the tender projects；
3. Technical meeting and presentation to clarify the technical issues with the customer;
4. Material cost analysis to support Sales for quotation；
5. Technical liaison and technical negotiation with the customer to clarify the technical specification and freeze the mechanical interface and electrical interface. Make the final technical proposal based on the customer’s technical specification.
6. Detailed system design for the HVAC system.
7. Technical negotiation with the supplier and clarify the technical issues for the main components with the
8. suppliers；
9. Documentation preparing, for example, the type/routine test procedures, user manuals, etc；
10. Support Purchasing to buy the components and support Production to finish the prototype on time；
11. Support the test team to finish the tests and do the analysis for the test results；
12. Support Quality to organize the FAI with the customer and arrange to close open items for engineering issues；
13. Technical training to the AM people and the customer, technical support or field service for critical failures；
14. Do the design plan for new project design, choose the components for the refrigeration system and complete the design work for the new project with Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer

Requirement:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 5 years experience in system design for the contracted projects
3. Preference for Refrigeration, HVAC, Thermodynamics or Heat Transfer
