受聘人员将接受强化的在职培训并愿意参加中国以及欧洲的长期项目。
The new Chinese colleagues will get an intensive on-the –job training and have to be willing to participate in long-term projects in China as well as in Europe.
经过一段熟悉期后，我们希望在欧洲富有经验的团队支持下，应聘人员有能力处理中国现场生产/物流领域的项目，并逐步具备独自担任项目经理的能力。
After a phase of familiarization we expect that the candidates are able to handle client-projects in the field of Production/Logistics on spot in China supported by an experienced team of European colleagues. Step by step he/she should be able to act self- dependently as project managers.

要求与应聘人员资格：
Requirements and candidate qualifications:
？ 拥有技术大学学位，机械工程专业人员优先
？ Technical University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering
？ 在外商投资企业的生产/供应链管理领域具备3年以上的工作经验
？ Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the field of Production/SCM with a foreign invested company
？ 在汽车、机械工程以及/或航空航天工业方面具备丰富的经验
？ Sound experience in automotive, mechanical engineering and/or aerospace industries
？ 具备坚实的精益生产和/或质量管理知识
？ Good knowledge of Lean Production and/or Quality Management
？ 具有顾问经验者优先，但非硬性条件！
？ Respective experience as consultant helps, but is no must!
？ 必须是熟练掌握英文并将英文作为工作语言的中国人！
？ Native Chinese with the proficiency to use English as a working language is a must!
？ 积极性高、成熟负责、具有自励型工作作风的人员
？ Highly motivated, responsible, mature and self-driven working style

？ 中国高级顾问将从德国总部直接向中国区总经理报告项目具体的相关问题，直接向瑞欧盈中国区董事长报告纪律问题，并与欧洲专家保持紧密合作关系。
？ The Chinese Senior Consultant will report project specific related issues directly to the Managing Director China and disciplinary issues directly to the Chairman of Board of ROI China from the German headquarters as well as work in close cooperation with the European specialists.
