Job responsibilities:

1. Training Program Management
- Assist to identify appropriate training needs according to business direction to formulate and implement yearly training plan for the organization which included both technical competency development and people skills development.
- Assist to develop and facilitate post-training application with program stakeholders to create desired business outcomes
- Evaluate training effectiveness and modify the program based on the training needs and the evaluation.
- Provide advices and/or apply diverse approaches to help participants learn effectively.
- Work with regional training team to implement Corporate training and development programs, initiatives and system
- Produce reports in an effective and professional format and, further, analyze the data and draw the implications.

2. Trainer / Consultant Management
- Evaluate instructor performance. Coaches and develop in-house trainers and provide sound feedback to external consultant
- Assist to set up a solid in-house trainer / consultant management process for the internal post trainings
- Build up professional network and maintain relationship with external training vendors, universities and other relevant institutions

3. Project management
- Be able to lead or assist on regional and /or global training projects.
- Understand key control points of a project and manage risks to keep the project on track.

4. Training Facilitation
- Facilitate general staff training effectively.
- Proactively invite feedback for continuous improvement.

5. Performs other duties as directed from HRA Manager


Job requirement:

1. College above graduation with major in BA / BS or equivalent qualification in related discipline
2. At least 5 years hands-on HR experience, experience in training and employee development function with multi-national companies preferred.
3. Good facilitation skill especially in delivering supervisory and general staff trainings
4. Excellent project management skill
5.Strong sense of customer service, patient, proactive and precise.
6.Skillful in interpersonal and communication skills
7.Good team player and active learner, assertive and decisive
8. Hands on, pays attention to details, works independently
9. Proficient in both spoken and written English
10.Competent in software / system such as : Excel, PowerPoint, Words, Learning Management System and e-learning tools
