1.In consultation with superior manager drive HTR strategies for test facilities in-house and at external sites.
2.Ensure measurement quality, test methods and collecting of test data at SWEP laboratory as well as at external facilities. Develop methods to measure test rig capability and test data accuracy.
3.Contribute to widen system knowledge at SWEP through more interaction/cooperation with customers and external lab.
4.Planning and follow-up of test activities in HTR lab at external testing facilities on a day to day basis.
5.Take part in actual testing at SWEP laboratory and at customers/external sites.
6.Contribute to purchasing of laboratory equipment and components for test rigs.
7.Contribute to the development of the Lab control measurement software’s.
8.Documentation of calibration and test procedures in SWEP quality system (ISO 9002).
9.In consultation with superior manager drive HTR strategies for thermal and hydraulic analysis of BPHEs.
10.Be familiar with analysis methods and SSP calculation routines to ensure quality of analysis.
11.Be familiar with laboratory equipment, measurement techniques and evaluation used in the laboratory.
12.Be active representative from HTR in various product development projects and forums.
13.Strive to continuously enhance knowledge in the field of heat transfer and BPHE functionality.
14.Documentation of work in methods, reports, calculation routines etc
15.Follow existing standard works related to the thermal and hydraulic analysis work.
16.Contribute to the continuous improvement of standard works and HTR related work.
17.Follow existing safety regulation and take precautions to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements：

1.Minimum BSc Engineering, Refrigeration and Thermodynamics,
2.Experience from laboratory work and product development, Experience and knowledge regarding measurement techniques.
3.Good communication skills in English, written and verbal.
4.Knowledge in Microsoft Office package.
