工作内容Job Description

1. Update the administration regulations, undertake the associated execute, monitor and evaluation work.
定期修订公司行政管理规章制度, 负责行政各项事务实施、监督、评估工作。
2. Control the administrative expenses, good suggestions for improving cost control.
控制行政费用开支，对成本控制的方法提出建议。
3. Responsible for receiving visitors arrange and related liaison task.
负责来访客接待安排和相关的外联工作。
4. Ensure the daily office environment, in charge of office decoration, furniture, equipment, etc.
保证日常办公室环境，负责办公室相关的装修，家具，办公设备等事宜。
5. Manage the company vehicles and cleaner, ensure the effective car usage and appropriate cleaner work arrangement.
负责公司车辆和保洁员的管理，确保公司车辆的有效使用,确保保洁人员的工作安排适当。
6. Maintenance and coordination good relationship with external related government office.
公司对外相关职能部门关系的维护和协调。
7. Organization, coordination company annual meeting, employee annual outing, and all kinds of meeting
组织、协调公司年会、年度员工活动及各类会议；
8. Other task assigned by superior.

技能及要求Skills & Knowledge

1、至少8年的外企行政工作经验
At least 8 years administration experience in international company.
2、行政相关专业本科学历
Bachelor degree in administration or related.
3、注重细节,执行力强,组织能力好
Attention to details and follow instructions carefully, well-organized at work
4、很强的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
5、流利的英语书写和表达
Good command of spoken and written English
6、熟练操作电脑
Good PC skills include: Windows, MS Office/Excel Power Point etc
