Occupational Summary:
The HR & Finance Intern is responsible for supporting the HR & FinanceTeam in various task implement, such as accommodation coordination, staff orientation, Administrative task , etc.

Essential Duties:
FINANCE :
1.Check payments and file payment documents
2.Manage the invoice and receipt
3.Support for monthly end closing;
4.Partner to work with other finance team members and assist in presentation.

HR :
1.Assist the expats’ orientation including relocation, local accommodation, and other settling services.
2.Support on the materials preparation of expat staffs’ work permit and visa application.
3.Other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:
1.Bachelor and above in Management, Human Resources, Accounting or related majors.
2.Be able to work at least 3 days a week.
3.Fluent English and Mandarin in both written and oral.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

SIP Dulwich College United School, also known as Dulwich International High School Suzhou (DHSZ) is a selective, English-medium, co-educational four-year high school.
