+5 years working experience in accounting/finance field
+3 years related working experience in P2P accounting process
+1 year working experience for people management
Special Knowledge
Familiar with SAP system – and with experience in P2P field

Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT

1. Assist P2P Manager on to-be process definition after T&E work transfer from GFS team;
2. Assist on T&E team creation & management
3. Assist on work arrangement among the team;
4. Lead T&E team to take over T&E work from GFS team in the 1st half Y2013;
5. Assist on SAP implementation on top of T&E process
6. Supervise team work’s accuracy and timeliness;
7. Be responsible for BS account reconciliation related T&E
Ensure accuracy and timely month end closing regarding T&E function
8. Be responsible for training & communication to employees when T&E process changes or related policy updates
9. Support P2P manager for ad-hoc task requested from HQ;
10. Coordination with internal & external audit
