1.Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or related.

2.At least 8 years working experience in agrochem/chemical industry, and at least 4 years in sourcing/procurement dept.

3.With excellent written and spoken English.

4.With excellent commercial negotiation skill

The main responsibility is :Develop sourcing commercial strategies,ideas,initiatives to create new business opportunities and row cost reduction for company;
