Purchase Assistant for the metal-working industry

We are a German company with the head office in Duisburg/Germany and our own production plant in Suzhou/China. We combine the European quality standards and the German know-how with the favorable production opportunities in China. Within our business field “Fixing Systems” we are focused on the sales and production of highly sophisticated products for the construction industry and we are providing our products worldwide to the construction and precast industry.

To follow our profitable growth over the last years we are searching for our company in Suzhou/China for a purchase assistant as soon as possible. The holder of this position will report to Procurement Manager of the company.

Your responsibilities

1. Purchase order management

2. Check accounts with suppliers

3. Relationship management and negotiations with suppliers

4. Material planning and warehouse management

5. Other work assigned by supervisor

Your profile

1. Completed university studies preferably in engineering sciences or economics

2. One year experiences in procurement

3. Basic English communication skills

4. Excellent MS-office skills

5. Strong communication skills and structured working method complete your profile
