- Aim of role
To be technique specialist for a specific product field (aerodynamic, fluid containers, air intake system, under body, etc.); build up product know-how & share knowledge to other engineers; support for technique feasibility study and technique communication during RFQ phase; ensure product design can full fill customer specification (design, simulation, validation…).

- Job responsibilities:
？ Responsible for product development & design for projects, probably supervise design engineer for CAD work.
？ Responsible for part development tasks for projects following RAMP process
？ Be responsible &/or take the leader for all product technology tasks incl. but not limited to 2D/3D design, CAD hours/budget, DFMEA, design review, DVP, development history, maintain product development folder in easy DMS & PDM system, etc.
？ Communicate with supplier & customer for product development topic during a project development during a project development
？ Be a main technical contact person in defined product field; Communication with relevant engineers from other engineering location for product technology exchanges & increase local know-how
？ Maintain technique knowledge base for defined product field
？ Solving product development issues & technical support to production team during pre-launch, even after SOP if required
？ Save/update and take care of the CAD data on RAPID 2.
？ Be responsible for technique evaluation in defined product area during RFQ phase, create design con-cept during RFQ phase, technique communication with customer during RFQ phase;
？ Technique presentation to customer for defined product to potential customer;
？ Support for engineering hours/budget in RFQ phase;
？ Support to production location for product issue technology analysis in series production if required;
？ Support for other projects technique review if required.

- Job requirements:
？ At least 3 years working experiences in automotive product development area
？ Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical, automotive
？ Well working experiences within global team
？ Knowing well product development procedure (prefer plastic injection and blow moulding parts of under engine hood)
？ CAD ability in CATIA V5 or UG
？ Knowing PDM system
？ Knowing material (plastic, rubber, etc.) and forming process
？ Be well in MS office (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
？ Very good English in written & oral.
？ Open mind & work within a group
？ Work under pressure, independent & flexible
？ Be innovative
