Aim of role:
Be a monitor of all D/P FMEA during running project; As guide &/or coach function for providing training to FMEA responsible engineer & continuous training about methodology;

- Job responsibilities:
？ Correct and scrupulous knowledge and application of the company official standard (VDA):
？ Structure analysis
？ Function analysis with function network
？ Failure analysis with failure network
？ Action analysis and risk evaluation
？ Optimization
？ Proper management of other FMEA standards as needed, depending on customer’s requirements and according to internal global guidelines
？ Continuous and scrupulous self-training: concepts, logic, methodology
？ Continuous training in accordance with the System ISO/TS 16949 regulation
？ Self-managed planning, moderation, documentation, presentation (in house and, if required, by the customer) and maintenance of risk analysis (Design and Process)
？ Effective and efficient usage of the company official FMEA software (APIS IQ-RM)
？ Technical evaluation of data by using the software APIS IQ-RM and precise assessment of the corre-sponding risk analysis results
？ Effective usage of internal documentation models in order to manage all relevant FMEA issues
？ Effective transmission of the FMEA knowledge and culture to the relevant departments in accordance with internal global guidelines (organization and management of internal training sessions and evalua-tion of their effectiveness)
？ Continuous and precise monitoring of all D/P-FMEA projects
？ Collection of customer complaints and updating of “standard” D/P-FMEA
？ Continuous monitoring about the proper connection:
？ Technical Specifications
？ Drawing
？ Special characteristics
？ D-FMEA / P-FMEA / Control plan
？ Proactive cooperation with global internal FMEA reference system
- Job requirements:
？ Colleague or higher degree in industrial statistics, engineering or equivalent knowledge with more than 1 year working experience
？ Ability in technical analyzing and summarizing
？ Problem solving ability
？ Excellent ability in using MS-Office presentation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
？ Ability in studying and effectively using Windows based Software (APIS IQ-RM)
？ Excellent team working ability and social skills (team moderation)
？ Fluent in English, written and spoken, German knowledge very appreciated
