具体要求：
Experience: 0~2 years’ industrial experience with 0~2 years equipment development or equipment maintenance experience

1.Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.
2.Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.

Two of technician positions' functional requirement:
1. Automation equipment maintenance experience in semiconductor industry, such as advance tester/summit handler /Hongtech
2. C + + / Java/PHP/python /SQL application and software development experience
3. be familiar with linux system

岗位职责：
1.Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal, work efficiency is10% higher than technician1 with same condition.
2.Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
3.Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
4.Perform PM / CAL of production equipment.
5.Provide technical support / solutions to resolve equipment and hardware related issues.
6.Conduct Training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.
7.Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
8.Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor.
