报价工程师需要2名：1.电子报价工程师 2.机械报价工程师

Responsibilities

§ Check all the RFQ information and confirm producability for RFQ product;

§ Define production process, evaluate assembly time and calculate production and NRE cost,;

§ Work with account management to clarify the detail product process with customer;

§ Create final quotation report according to all RFQ requests from customer;

§ Understanding of production cost and ability to identify cost down potential in the production process

§ Update the calculation according to engineering change for products in mass production;

§ Maintain and track the quotations in the available database.

§ Good written and spoken English, CET-4 – all documentation is in English

§ Familiar with MS – Office ( Excel, Word, …), can analyze technical drawing, assembly documentation

§ Independent working, pressure taking, team player;

§ Excellent communication and problem solving skill. Working accuracy, motivated

§ Cost & Quotation Engineer Mechanical

- Familiar production processes, especially manual mechanical assembly, with materials (steel, plastic,…).

- Electronic experience is a plus

§ Cost & Quotation Engineer Electronics

- Good knowledge in the PCBA process (SMT machine, wave soldering machine, assembly line), understanding of electronic component

- Mechanical experience is a plus

Skills (Qualifications)

§ Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electronic/Mechanical/Engineering or related technical area;

§ At least 3 years experience in Electronic, Industrial Controls, Manufacturing or other related branch;

§ Cost & Quotation Engineer Electronics

- At least 3 years experience in Process/production Engineering or production calculation in an EMS company or any other PCBA production.

§ Cost & Quotation Engineer Mechanical

- At least 3 years experience in Process/production Engineering or production calculation in complex mechanical assembly (industry: semiconductor, medical measurement, etc.)
