Responsibilities:



1) Has a strong working
knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management,
with respect to quality and reliability, and general manufacturing
operations business management relative to all functional groups.
Capable of managing project independently.

2) Evaluates and assists in
the selection of suppliers for new products and for second sources of
existing products. Assesses supplier's production and quality programs
and participates in approval or disapproval of new suppliers.

3)
Improve and sustain Quality and Cost reduction in different consulting
projects and participate in the development and implementation of
product quality plan or other disciplines for different commodities as
required by stakeholders.

4) Monitors each supplier's performance through
measurements of production line statistics, company inspections and
audits. Prepares summary of performance and communicates to appropriate
management so that effective corrective action plans can be set in place
if necessary.

5) Reviews product design to ensure quality and reliability objectives are met.

6) Supports Supplier Quality Engineering in improving and reporting vendor processes.

7) Report directly to KLB Group China General Manager & Client's Top Management Stakeholders



Requirements:
1.
Major in mechanics, prefer to have work experience in automotive
industry; or Major in electronics, prefer to have work experience in
foreign invested electronics industry

2. Minimum 5 years experience
in quality & supplier audit

3. Very good interpersonal skills,
open-minded and willing to learn;

4. Statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools

5.
Fluent English in both spoken and written;

6. Understanding / previous
working experience in consulting will be a plus

7. Able to lead six lead
six sigma activity (eg: Zero defect campaign, special training, etc. )
