JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on, requirements to do the job, and Success Factors)

1. Complement the sales activities in line with PPG policy and corporation. Increase business of maintenance customers and other potential customers;

2. Coordinate appropriate departments to benefit the same aim in China;

3. Set up customers and competitor profiles in China;

4. Use CRM system to record sales routine information;

5. Use MFG/PRO system, to prepare of quotations to OEM, Maintenance and other customers with the authorization by BM, also use it to do all related sales functions with sales coordinator;

6. Negotiate and prepare contract for customers with the authorization by BM;

7. Visit and keep in touch with all customers continuously and be good at searching new potential sales Business;

8. Prepare the sales requirement plan for purchasing according to customers inventory level and assist in

discussing the purchase order with related department;

9. Draw up monthly delivery plan of sales and submit sales report to BM;

10. According to the stock level and the sales requirement, discuss with Operations Manager about arranging for the work order production monthly, use MFG/PRO system to do details such as work order creating & closing;

11. Monitor level of receivable about sales and push for collections;

12. Coordinate all technical questions either in site or in office from customers within 48 hours and make sure the questions that could not be answered immediately are conveyed to the right person and back to customer finally;

13. Submit the related information about sales to Marketing; Assist to set up the Open Exhibition with Marketing;

14. Organize related training to customers and sales staffs about products regularly.

要求Requires:

1. University graduation with Aerospace, Chemical or relevant Chemical knowledge and experience is preferred;

2. with 3 to 5 years experience in Sales for chemicals of Aerospace industry;

3. Good English skill in oral &written;

4. Good presentation skill and communication skill.

5. Open minded, self-motivated, focus on result and have “can-do” attitude.
