Primary objectives/general function:
- New product transfer

Key challenges/specific functions:
- New product control plan development and implementation
- New product drawing understanding and confirmation
- New product parts verification and communicate with supplier for correction and improvement
- Process inspection sheet development and implementation

Freedom to act/authorities:
- Make decision according to FA parts verification results
- Ask supplier take related actions base on major issues
- Ask production line fill out related record according to CP and inspection sheet.

Knowledge/experience/education background:
- Bachelor degree, mechanical or similar major focus.
- Minimum of 3 year experience of similar position or function as quality engineer.
- Good read, write, and spoken English.
- Familiar with control plan and other quality tools.
