- Aim of role:
Be responsible for product development in projects. Support for CAD work in other projects and RFQ if required.
全面负责产品设计开发工作（包括利用建模软件创建2D/3D数据及图纸）；根据项目时间进度完成产品设计工作；确保设计的产品生产的可行性及可实现性；为其他项目及报价提供CAD工作支持。

- Job responsibilities:
？ Responsible for part development tasks for projects following RAMP process;
？ 按照公司项目管理流程完成负责项目内的所有产品开发工作；
？ Be responsible for all product technology tasks incl. but not limited to 2D/3D design, DFMEA, design review, DVP, design history, development history, maintain product development folder in easy DMS & PDM system, etc.
？ 全面负责产品开发工作，包括但不限于CAD设计，DFMEA，设计评审，设计验证，设计历史记录等，并按要求在easy DMS和PDM系统内完成设计文档的管理；
？ Communicate with supplier & customer for product development topic during a project development
？ 在项目开发阶段负责与客户及供应商的产品开发方面的沟通评审；
？ Be a main technical contact person in specific projects; Communication with relevant engineers from other engineering location for product technology exchanges
？ 对具体项目，负责与全球工程中心的相应工程师进行技术交流；
？ Solving product development issues and technique support to production team during pre-launch, even after SOP if required;
？ 根据生产需求，解决产品设计相关要求并提供技术支持；
？ Save/update and take care of the CAD data on RAPID2
？ 保存/上传及维护在RAPID2系统中的数据
？ Probably support for CAD work for other projects and RFQ if required.
？ 根据具体工作需求，支持其他项目和报价阶段的CAD工作。

- Job requirements:
？ Colleague or higher degree in mechanical design, engineering design and/or relevant subject
？ 机械设计，工程设计或相关专业专科或以上学历
？ More than 1 year working experience in CAD design within automotive components area (prefer plastic injection/blow moulding parts for under hood)
？ 1年以上汽车零配件行业CAD设计经验（如有发动机盖下注塑/吹塑零件开发经验将优先考虑）
？ Strong CAD ability in CATIA V5 or UG (daily working)
？ 优良的CAD设计能力CATIA V5或UG（每日必须工作）
？ Well know GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
？ 熟悉GD&T尺寸和形位公差标注方法
？ Well know product tolerance calculation
？ 熟悉产品公差计算
？ Knowing PDM system for data management
？ 了解PDM系统用以数据管理
？ Knowing different material forming process (plastic resin, rubber, thermal plastic)
？ 了解不同的原材料（工程塑料，橡胶，热塑材料）的成型工艺
？ Good at English in written & spoken
？ 良好的英语口语及书写能力
