Main responsibilities:
1.Formulation, implementation and guide the work plan of the monitoring equipment group
2.Establish and implement equipment group of personnel performance evaluation and assessment
3.Establish and implement continuous improvement scheme, and encourages full participation
4.Establish and implement cost improvement plan, timely and cost savings opportunities
5.Inspection, supervision reports, data accuracy, integrity, ensure all the data of the equipment running status analysis and improvement
6.Require suppliers to help improve the functions of the machine, in order to maintain the stable operation of equipment, quality improvement and cost saving
7.Inspection, analysis of existing various procedures, process and report, ensure correct operation of the various files, and suggestions for improvement
8.Constantly improve the spare parts management, in order to reach the zero downtime, low cost and safety of spare parts management
9.Training of personnel at all levels, and strict inspection, supervision, the program file, report execution process
10.Found the existing problems in the process, put forward improvement scheme
11.To establish an effective internal communication mechanism, timely understanding of employee at all levels of the comments and feedback

Education / Experience:
1.graduated from college or above.
2.5 years relevant work experience, proficiency mechanical principles, familiar and maintenance of production equipment, such as injection molding machines, test benches, crimping machine, cutting machine. 2 years experience in production management. Experience in the automotive industry priority
3.Good English written and spoken skill, German is priority
4.Office software applications skilled
