Requirements:

Bechalor degree or abrove major in electronics or related
Electronics components knowledge , especially for capacitors, resistors, relay and other active parts
Active and passive components testing and evaluation skil
Technical understanding for UL61558, IEC,
4~6 years components engineer enperience
Familiar with electronics components especially passive parts approval process
Familiar with electronics components especially passive parts testing and evaluation process
Familiar with industry power supply product
Multinational company work experience
Good command in written and oral English communication
Have problem analysis and problem solving skil
Team work and cooperation

Responsibilities:

erification and qualification
-First approval test and check according to the specification of data sheet
-Verify specification of components and raw materials in regard to supplier capability
-Support RD on technical and engineering design, compoennts selection, testing verification and sample approval
-Technical contact to supplier
-Interface to HQ CE

Development of alternatives
-Approaching new technical for the responsible components
-Searching for alternative together with commodity manager
-Assist buyer to do the evaluation of the obsolete stock for inventory management

New supplier evaluation
-Participate the new supplier development
-Audit the supplier from technical point of view
-Coaching supplier for the quality improvement in accordance with SQA

Components failure analysis and components Y/R improvement
-Defect component root cause analysis together with QM
-Monitor the pilot run result of components performance
-Coordinate with cross functional department for components Y/R improvement
