ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Accountable for providing effective, accurate, and efficient test rig set up, execution of testing and the required data handling, generating prototypes for the Product Engineering Group.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Responsible for test preparation and installation, operation, maintenance, and in accordance with the testing requirements, ensure efficiency and quality
2. Conducts mechanic, electrical, pnematic and hydraulic testing on all required production and development products. This includes the use of a variety of hydraulic and electronic equipment at a variety of test conditions.
3. Possesses fundamental PC application software skills: Proficient in MS Office, must be able to handle written test methods and reports in MS Word and enter data into MS SW tools (eg. Excel and MS Access software).
4. Ensures that experiments and tests are precisely followed as they are designed and specified, good understanding of test set up procedure. Attention to detail is critical for success.
5. Ability of operation and setup of all performance testing and operation of thermal chambers in terms of a variety of test procedures.
6. Ability to operate tools such as lathe, surface grinder, milling / drilling machine, soldering etc.
7. Performs work with minimal or no supervision.
8. Contributes positively in a team environment.
9. Personnel responsible for testing devices and lab areas, safety, environment responsibility, good (self) organisation incl. housekeeping, cleaning and organization of laboratory tools, measuring equipment and test parts.
10. Performs other tasks as assigned or required by testing manager or testing project members.

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
1. Technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical engineering related
2. Minimum two to three years working experience in test lab area, development center’s workshop, mechanical maintenance or other automotive related workshops
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills， english level 4
4. Good technical ability and quality understanding and willingness to take responsibility
