工作职责及内容 Responsibilities：
1.负责伟速达中国商务报价计算和优化;
Responsible for assembly process planning and execution in VAST China;
2.合作并协调全球商务合作，贯彻和支持全球商务报价策略;
Cooperation and coordination with global partners IE executives to support global activities;
3.制定并执行部门短期和长期的目标和任务;
Establish and implement short-and long-range departmental goals, objectives;
4.持续改善伟速达中国商务报价的流程及成本模式;
Establishes and develop IE development process in China operation;
5.支持其他部门根据商务报价目标不断优化成本结构;
Responsible for product design of VPES phase3 for new projects, secure the smooth launch activities;
6.协调财务部门，确保报价体系和财务统计体系的一致性;
Responsible for VAST China lean system and training;
7.效力和效率方面的持续性改进;
Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;
8.支持其他部门的工作;
Support other department;
9.完成上级交办的其它工作.
Complete other assignments given by President.
