Qualification 任职资格
1.大专及以上学历，机械制造、汽车工程、质量管理等专业优先考虑；
2.质量管理工作经验至少8年以上，质量团队管理经验（经理级别）至少3年以上；
3.汽车行业优先(一级供应商更最佳），管理能力突出者电子或机械行业亦可考虑；
4.较强的团队管理能力，良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力；
备注：公司每周有往返苏州/上海的班车，90%产品为一级供应商（核心主机厂）
