培训主管工作职责描述：
1、根据总部培训制度和培训需求，结合公司要求，进行培训需求调研，制定培训计划；
2、组织培训专员有效执行培训计划；
3、制定新员工培训计划、产品知识培训计划、梯队建设培训计划等专题类培训；
4、定期开展和组织公司季度会议、年会、运动会、团队拓展、零售经营挑战赛等团队建设活动；
5、每周进行店铺巡访，了解培训需求和培训效果的跟进，并及时总结反馈信息；
6、负责培训专员的培养和督导，按阶段评估工作方法和工作效果；
7、有效分析零售店铺导购服务基础现状，发现问题，并给予行之有效的行动方案；
8、提升店铺一线服务流程，组织开展零售服务评比；
9、对总部FAB、岗前基础等培训课件进行改编和完善，使之更适合零售终端需求，并形成店铺标准推荐语言；
10、完善运动项目基础知识员工培训课件；
11、配合支持公司项目培训计划，实现公司穿线专业时限要求；
12、配合品牌产品和推广策略，对主推产品进行突击培训；
13、搭建店铺培训人员梯队，利用激励手段，实现工作目标和绩效；
职位要求：
1、教育背景：本科学历；
2、经验背景：相关的本职工作经验三年以上；
3、专业知识：熟悉国家有关政策法令，较全面的了解人力资源各模块运作，了解企业人事流程；
4、资质要求：有良好的职业责任感和事业心，善于沟通与协调，具有很强的计划性和实施执行的能力，爱岗敬业，人品端正，良好的团队合作精神；

Requirements:
1, education background: bachelor degree;
2, experience background: related job three years experience or above;
