A Logistics analyst will cooperate with Project Manager and Account Manager/customer’s forwarder /customer to be sure on time shipment.

Procurement Solution Department

3. Responsibilities
-LOGISTIC PART
1. Check-on production and shipment schedule. Update the information to AM/customer’s forwarder/ customer.

2. After get the confirmation with AM /customer’s forwarder /customer, make the booking. Cooperate with QC department; arrange the container loading days between 3 parts, factory, forwarder, and QC inspector/engineer.

3. Collect and control information given by suppliers and AM /customer’s forwarder /customer, help to check all the shipping information that will show on BL. To be sure all the information will be legal, make other papers like CO, PL, INVOICE.

4. Check the container loading report from QC department, check all details to be sure the data match other shipping papers.

5. Update the information of all shipments.
Solve the problems come from destination part.

-Sample arrangement
1. Label all samples come from customer and supplier
2. Register all the samples (in/out) in T4T system
3. Update the information of all samples


4. Authority
? He/she will be reporting directly to PM

5. Evaluation
? First evaluation at the 3rd month (at least 2 months).
? Periodical Evaluations every 6 months.

6. Position Profile
General
? Must be detail oriented.
? Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Bilingual (English /Chinese)
? Computer Literate. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
? Must have good hand/eye coordination (dexterity)
? Have an analytical personality
? Good Discipline
Specific
? Bachelor of Logistical/business

Remark
In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level should be considered. Each higher level of degree may be substitute for two years of experience. Two years of experience may be substituted for each year of education.。
